Do markets really have experts?
First the market moves and then the experts try to justify it
Towards the beginning of the year, when the stock market was doing really well, some stock market experts predicted that the Sensex will touch the 25,000 level sometime soon. Now, six months down the line, there are experts who seem to be suggesting that Sensex can even fall to a level of 10,000.
Business news channels, journalists covering the stock market and so called ‘stock market experts’ lead the pack of people who need to have the pulse of where the market is headed to and keep coming up with explanations for the same. The last six months should have made that absolutely clear.
